Oh-h-h. it's basketball that has caused his bad mood ! Somehow, I thought it might be some of his decisions (or non-decisions, as the case may be) !
Actually, I think it's because making measured decisions is keeping him out of Bush and Cheney's war criminal club. He's heard they have awesome parties there.
