Avery's 100th Day of School project. I swiped this photo from Suzanne's blog because I love it.
(Plus, if you enlarge it, you get a great shot of our book collection and you can see greats such as "If Chins Could Kill: Confessions of B-Movie Actor." That book, incidentally, belongs to blog favorite, Captain Admiral Brad Barrett. I've had it for six years now or something like that. Possession is 9/10ths of the law, bucko!)

I am totally content with you having my book for six years. I understand that it is solely in response to my having your lame VHS copy of a Superman cartoon for nigh on a decade.
Just be aware that until you return If Chins Could Kill, I will not loan you his new book, Make Love! the Bruce Cambpell Way.
Your choice Poindexter.
I wouldn't let you anywhere near my copy then - He did a reading at the bookstore I used to work at and I got him to say, "Shop smart. Shot S-mart" over the PA about 50 times, much to the joy of the 7 billion people waiting to get a piece of him.
He signed my copy and wrote that he "loved me the most" without any prompting at all.
Not that I'm bragging.
